This came in a speech by Deputy Foreign Minister in the Caretaker Government and Head of High National Committee for Refugees, Ali Muthanna, at the opening of a workshop on protection of refugees, which was held on Sunday in the capital Sana'a and organized by the UNHCR with support from Swiss government and in cooperation with the Yemeni government.
